Victor (Kwangchun) Lee is the founder of XWMOOC, a digital contents startup for computational thinking and software engineering in Korea.
He has around 10 years experience in Academia and Industry. He set up not only business architecture but also system architecture for Free Trade Agreement(FTA) and Origin Management an Hyundai Motor Company. In addition, he led automotive semiconductor developement and purchasing at Hyundai Autron. Recently, Victor contributed to translation of software carpentry and organized the first software carpentry workshop in Korea.
Victor have two master degrees(software engineering and statistics) and Ph.D ABD.
What I found hardest about using Git the first time was…
The hardest thing is the differences in mental model. In particular, my experience is that the Korean education system heavily encourage competions not only students and teachers, but also schools. Therefore, collaboration with sort of global or massive-scale tools is wierd.
