Narayanan Raghupathy is a post-doc at The Jackson Laboratory and working on developing computational and statistical methods for analyzing high-throughput sequence data. In an earlier life he studied Physics, but jumped ship to work at the intersection on biology, computer science, and statistics. More recently he got interested in reproducible open science and wants to practice it in real life.
