Hi everyone,
Thought this might be a useful vid. It’s something I do everyday, and it was interesting to try to break it down into 3 minutes. In actuality, it’s 3:30, because I just couldn’t figure out what to cut and still keep it informative. Considering it started at over 6:00, it’s not too bad. Plus, I’m an academic, so it’s my duty to go long.
My advice on using QuickTime was about 50% OK — it’s easy to create a screencast, sure, but I had to use HandBrake to get the file size down to < 8MB.
Interested to know what you think. Definitely glossed over the fact that the ssh config file is ~/.ssh/config though you can see the save fly by in the emacs window
Cheers!
