I am a postdoctoral scientist doing neuroscience research at Tufts University in Boston. I had only dabbled in the command line until 2-3 years ago when my data required some computational savvy to analyze. Most of my work focuses on analyzing large amounts of genomics data using command line tools, R, and Python.
