  1. If an individual has two copies of every chromosome, it is said to be:

a. haploid
b. diploid
c. homozygous
d. hemizygous
e. heterozygous

  1. Which of the following types of alleles must be used to test if another allele is amorphic?

a. hypomorph
b. hypermorph
c. antimorph
d. neomorph
e. deficiency
f. duplication
g. dominant
h. recessive

(I’m not particularly happy with my second question, as it’s still basically a vocabulary question, but it requires knowing the definition of all of the terms, and knowing—or reasoning—the correct test to use. I may add a third question later.)
