Randy is a PhD student in Michigan State University’s Computer Science program. Along with his lab mates in Dr. Chris Adami’s lab, he studies biologically-inspired artificial brains and algorithms with the goal of evolving intelligent behaviors inside the computer. He regularly blogs on his personal web site about Artificial Intelligence, using Python for scientific computing, and various analyses of the Reddit social news model.
